Our Process

The Initial Consultation- Here we get to know you and your lifestyle better to design the best option for you.

Concept Design- Preparing a concept, floor layout and rough budget as per our discussion in first consultation.

Design Development- Now is the time to bring concept to 3d visualization and decision on the material, finishes & furnishings. The drawings are priced by contractor for initial costing.

Construction Documentation-Time for visuals to turn to reality, where we progress with construction documents/ drawings/ blueprints and apply for any permits to City, if required. This drawing set is provided for Contractor for final pricing and start construction/ implementation.

Ordering & procuring- Then, we order, procure and coordinate all furniture & decor items, as required.

Project Management - We also offer project Management services, during the construction, where we will coordinate with contractor, schedule site visits for progress check and resolve any issues.

Final Reveal - Finally when construction finishes we bring everything to life for your reveal day.

*Small Renovation and decor projects take lesser time and each stage is shorter duration as the scope is less.
