Our Process

Step 1 - The Initial- Initial Consultation is where we get to know you and your lifestyle better to design the best option for you.

Step 2- Schematic Design- Preparing a concept & floor layout as per our discussion in first consultation.

Step 3- Design Development- Now is the time to bring concept to visualization or 3d phase and decision on the finishes, fixtures, equipments etc. happens.

Step 4- Construction Documentation-Now is the time from visuals to reality, where we progress with construction documents/ drawings/ blueprints and apply for any permits to City, if required.

Step 5- Project Management - We also offer project Management services, during the construction, we will coordinate with contractor, schedule site visits for progress check and resolve any issues.

Step 6- Decor - While construction is underway, we get started with furniture and decor. We order & procure, all items and when construction finishes we work with our trusted movers and installers to bring everything to life on your reveal day.

*Small Renovation and decor projects take lesser time and each stage is shorter duration as the scope is less.

*Time will depend on the scope and size of the project.
